Experience 

To 'experience' something means that you experience at all levels of yourself. During a therapy session, you don't just talk and think about yourself, you experience yourself, for example, by doing a body exercise or by doing a small personal experiment. These are body-oriented and expressive ways to feel more deeply, encounter your emotions, and develop intuition and spirituality. I will challenge you and make you reflect on these experiences. They always deliver NEW; new possibilities, new actions, and new insight. Every feeling or thought is accepted. For you as well?

Costs

A one-hour therapy session costs €85.
You can apply for a grant on these amounts from the Foundation for Gestalt-art Promotion.
